RT-650 DSC AIS Radio

The New Navicom RT-650 is a DSC VHF radio with an integrated AIS receiver & a wireless 2nd station VHF radio handset. The cost saving is considerable when compared to purchasing & installing the individual items !

The innovative design includes an AIS receiver with an NMEA output. When connected to an AIS compaible chartplotter vessels fitted with AIS transponders, will be overlaid onto your chartplotter display, greatly enhancing your safety.

Place the cursor on the vessel & see its Name, MMSI number, Speed, Course, CPA etc via the RT-650 without the need for a separate AIS module. With the AIS receiver built-in, only one VHF antenna is required.

An optional wireless remote handset is available provididng 2nd station capability to make VHF calls, or act as an intercom. It features a large display & operates at a distance up to 200m - the first VHF radio to provide all of these functions
