Mantsbrite Celebrate 50 Successful Years

Maldon, Essex: Brian and David Ash along with their staff are celebrating Mantsbrite’s 50th Anniversary in 2014. Established in 1964 by Brian Ash, the company has, over the intervening years, grown to become one of the UK’s leading suppliers of electronic equipment to the marine market.

Over the past 50 years, Manstbrite has been appointed as the UK and Ireland distributor for many of the world’s leading marine electronic equipment manufacturers, and through its 175-strong dealer network now supplies leading brands, including Koden, David Clark, Scan Antenna A/S and LCJ Capteurs, to name a few, to both the commercial and leisure sectors of the marine industry.

To mark their half-century milestone, Brian and David are planning a series of celebrations. Events and dates will be uploaded to www.mantsbrite.com on a regular basis throughout the year, but the first two to watch out for will take place at the Skipper Expo in Aberdeen in May, and the Seawork International exhibition in Southampton in June.
Brian Ash commented: “Our 50 years’ of experience has enabled us to build an enviable reputation for both the quality of the products and the service we deliver; we are proud to be able to provide everything from system design, specification, installation and a superb support service through our dealer network.

Our Anniversary year also coincides with another step forward for the company - the completion of our new radar test facility at Maldon. It has involved some complex external building operations and extensive internal refurbishment, but 2014 will see it operational.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming many of our long standing clients and associates, both past and present, at various events to celebrate this ‘significant’ anniversary with us over the course of the coming year.”
